Welcome back and a Happy New Year to you! I just signed up for TTV. Always the procrastinator....

welcome home.

Holy Guacamole! You are almost the perfect age, 50, YAY! It must be so satisfying to be practically perfect in every way;) Happy Birthday and so happy to know you made it home with all that Venitian treasure. Can't wait to see how you pull it all together.

Excellent Plan!

I can't wait to see your pics!

Welcome home, Mary Ann! So looking forward to more pictures and stories., as well as seeing what you decide to do in the coming months. Get some rest, enjoy your meatballs and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy yourself!

Wishing you a very happy new year as well as a very happy birthday. LOVED your trip. Had lots of fun in sharing your adventures through TTV.

I got a new imac from Santa and I'm just checking to see if this thing will let me leave a comment since my other computer was not so accommodating. Welcome back and Happy New Year MAM!

Welcome home Miss Moss - I have so enjoyed the trip too.
Happy New year to you and happy belated Birthday too (mine was yesterday);-)
Can´t wait to see more from the Venice trip and to follow along in the new year.

so this is me, I'm pulling up a chair along side ya just because it's the thing to do, then I'm settling for long, delightful stories about your trip, the stuff ya saved in that secret place for just the right moment; I know there are moments from a trip that one must savor and allow to simmer before they are shared with others, some experiences just must steep and brew to be properly enjoyed. I'll keep an eye on the cat posse and wait while you get provisions and I won't be moving until you are ready to tell the rest of your Venice stories. I can't wait to here more. PS. I'm so so very happy I got to take the journey with you in TTV, twas my favorite place to hang out during the holidays and was so sweet to come home to after obligatory visits with family and friends. Part of me is still in Venice watching that great big ole moon over the water. SIGH!!!!

Happy New Year and early Happy Birthday MAM! So happy you made it home safely :)

I'll bet it is a bit of a challenge to get the pre-Venice MAM and the post-Venice MAM to stop circling each other and settle down to harmony??? What a wonderful January task!!! Welcome home...............

Welcome home! I certainly enjoyed "our" trip with you! Looking forward to seeing more pictures. I have nearly finished the small journal I am making with all your post cards and notes. On to a bigger one for my next travel adventure.

Glad you made it back home safely! I loved our trip to Venice... it was most excellent!! Happy Bday... mine is tomorrow... is yours too? Happy New Year too. I cant wait to see what you craft up for yourself and us!

Giddy up, Mary Ann! We need paper! We need kitties! We need tape and doilies and waxed linen thread! (j/k: with jet-lag, I'm down for the count for daaays). Fame di carta!!

Welcome back!! Glad you're getting some much need down time!! Look forward to seeing the pics!!

Welcome home! Looking forward to the photos!!

Welcome home! I loved our trip to Venice -- completely filled my travel journal (with photos of my 2007 trip to Italy after the recent Venice part). I'm so glad for you that you don't have to go back to work!!! for a long while anyhow...or maybe forever. And I mean work, as in a J-O-B where you sell your soul to make a living. Enjoy your time to yourself.
I just read a mystery called The Biggest Liar in Los Angeles, by Ken Kuhlken. It was okay, not fantastic. But the best part was that it takes place in L.A. during the 1920s, in Echo Park, and Aimee Semple McPherson is one of the players. It took me back to being in L.A. in the 1950s, when it was a lot closer to the 1920s than to L.A. today.

another big welcome home to you! it was a wonderful trip! i can't wait to see the full tilt boogie....

Welcome back. I really enjoyed "our" trip to Venice.

i cant wait, welcome home
