South Africa is the most wonderful place on Earth I think. I'm feeling nostalgic looking at this photos. Beautiful. What a nice trip she must be having.

I told my sister about this post... and said "why don't you travel to cool places like this?" and if she had been somewhere other than on another computer no where near me, I think she would have hit me! Love the view!

HOW great that she did it, I would probably want to cry too after that climb, and what a view.
Splendor indeed.

I can empathize, many a time I have felt like crying and told myself just keep going...the effort is not what is going to kill you, it's the standing still. Beautiful picture, Dottie has that "I am king of the world" look! What a feeling.

Go Dottie! I took the funicular and it scared the heebie jeebies outa me. So glad she didn't have fog roll in and block the knock your socks back off and on view.
